BREAKING: Kwara APC Delegation in Abuja to Back Danladi for 2027 Kwara APC leaders and top traditional rulers have moved to Abuja to push Rt. Hon. Salihu Yakubu Danladi’s 2027 governorship bid. Sources told FactnewsNG that Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq sent a delegation of first-class monarchs and key APC stakeholders to meet President Tinubu and APC national leaders. Their goal: present a united front for Danladi and lock in the governor’s chosen successor. The trip comes as some APC members and ex-aspirants still oppose Danladi’s emergence. Gov. AbdulRazaq’s camp has ramped up lobbying to strengthen support within the party hierarchy. Delegates, including APC State Chairman Prince Sunday Fagbemi and Lower Niger Basin Chairman Abdulatif Alakawa, left Ilorin for Abuja on Monday.
